SIR OGALA OSOKA, MFR (Chairman)
Sir Osoka attended the City of London Colloge (London Metropolitan University) between 1974 - 1976, University of Nottingham in 1976 where he obtained degrees in Insurance and Management. He further undertook some international management courses in London, USA, Zurich and Munich. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute London (FCI), British Institute of Management (FBIM), Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, Nigeria Institute of Management and Institute of Public Relations.

Sir Osoka was one time President of West Africa Insurance Companies Association (WAICA) (1993 - 1995) and past President of the Professional Reinsurers Association of Nigeria (PRAN) respectively.
Amongst the numerous honours and awards conferred on him includes an Honorary Doctorate in Business Management by the World University Roundtable, Arizona USA, Order of Knight of John Wesley, KJW and the Lay President of the Methodist Church of Nigeria (diocess of Item).
He also holds traditional Chieftaincy titles in Item and Umuahia in Abia State.
